Correlation Investigation of Wind Turbine Multiple Operating Parameters Based on SCADA Data

The primary wind turbines’ in-service performance evaluation method is mining and analyzing the SCADA data. However, there are complex mathematical physical relationships between multiple operating parameters, so far, a lack of systematic understanding. To solve this issue, distribution parameters was first analyzed according to characteristics energy flow turbines. Then, correlation calculation performed using Spearman coefficient based on minute-level data second-level According numerical nacelle vibration acceleration, preprocessing technology sliding window maximum (SWM) proposed during calculation. In addition, taking temperature as an example, two-dimensional scatter (including single-valued scatter) three-dimensional features were combined with analysis mechanism understand better. On basis, quantitative description model gearbox oil pool constructed. Through research work, among multi-parameters turbines comprehensively obtained, which provides theoretical support for design, operation, maintenance.
